When will my order ship? Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Can I send my order to a P.O Box address? Yes you can! Feel free to use a P.O. Box for your shipping address, but please remember we only provide Standard shipping to PO Boxes. Express orders require a physical address.

Will Pom Pom ship anywhere?  Not yet, but we do ship throughout the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.

I need to change something on my order, can you help me?  We process our orders as quickly as possible, though you may call our Customer Service line within 30 minutes of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update your request.
